I like it!
Now, for the crazy wishlist:
1. Better access to AMI ids
This could be a search-driven feature like console.aws.amazon.com provides, or it could be a MRU list of the 10 distinct AMIs I have last started.
2. Better access to launched instances
I have an SSH client on my phone.
Maybe a clickable link to ssh root@PUBLICDNS ?

Thanks for the suggestions!
I’m definitely planning to implement something like #1 in an early upgrade. Having just one default AMI ID is a pain for anyone who uses multiple AMIs.
#2 is also a good idea, but it will require some collaboration with terminal app developers. They will need to implement a URL scheme (e.g. http://quinagh.com/applookup/index.php/2009/01/07/iphone-apps-with-special-url-shortcuts/) for their applications that allows their terminals to be launched from within applications like elasticpod. I’ll suggest this feature to the developers of the popular iphone terminal apps.

Actually I just found out that TouchTerm has a URL scheme interface, so it should be trivial to add this feature to elasticpod.

Sweet! I’ll bug the devs of iSSH…
